Light of Africa runs a program where it helps students stay in school. We strongly believe that the foundation of children education needs to be emphasized by keeping these students in school by enabling them complete their primary and secondary education, for we know without this fundamental right of every child, their futures look bleak.

This is designed specifically to help children and youth stay in school. We work alongside the families to help them in their responsibility to provide education for their children.
We therefore do not provide full scholarships, but offer help with the student’s school fees, buy school uniform, provide assistance in the student’s school transport and also assist in getting the student textbooks and school supplies.
We also provide guidance and spiritual nourishment for the participating students and their families. We meet with them after every term too receive their reporting and most often the student is encouraged in their studies and other co-curricula activities.
